There is FREE parking (Amazing, I know) in the back lot, North of Santa Anita. You will also enter from the door in the back, where the parking is at. You do NOT need to walk around to the front of the salon to enter. If the back door is closed, my number to text me to open the door should be found in the confirmation email. The outside of the salon will read “Corner beauty”. I do not work for “Corner beauty”, I only rent a studio within this building. IF YOU HAVE PARKED ON THE SIDE WHERE COLDWELL BANK IS, YOU ARE ON THE WRONG PARKING LOT.
Where can I find parking?
Clients are expected to arrive punctually. Be aware of traffic conditions and add additional time to arrive on time. There may be clients ahead of your appointment, and I will NOT shift everyones appointment due to your last-minute plans or lack of planning. Grace period of 15 minutes are permitted; Anything after is an automatic cancelled appointment, and you will be charged a penalty. Clients agree to being charged a late/no-show fee at the creation of each appointment; Do not be upset/surprised if you get charged IF you’re late or no-show your service. I do my part to run an efficient business and value peoples time; Lets all cooperate and have a joyful time :)
Is there a late/no-show policy?
Feel free to arrive wearing makeup/skincare! Either way, it will be removed during the first round of cleansing. Esthetician preference: It’s better if you arrive without makeup. The cleansing process will be more thorough this way :)
Do I need to arrive without makeup or skincare for a facial?
Most services require an intake form to be filled. Be sure to fill them out PRIOR to your service, and may be found in your email. I am looking for any contraindications (A condition that suggests or indicates that a particular service or product should not be used) and/or any patterns that will allow me to accurately suggest aftercare products.
If you’re receiving a facial service: Prepare by discontinuing the use of any vitamin A products (retinol, accutane, tret, etc..) for a minimum of 1-2 weeks prior to service.
If you’re receiving a lash lift; Prepare by showing up to the service without any face makeup. No worries if you arrive with makeup; A lash bath is performed at each service.
If you’re receiving an eyebrow lamination or waxing services; Prepare by discontinuing the use of any vitamin A products (retinol, accutane, tret, etc..) for a minimum of 1-2 weeks prior to service.

During the day of your service…
Most services require an intake form to be filled out prior to your service. This intake form is found in the link sent to your email used to create your service. If you have not received one, please contact Skinmotive@gmail.com
Once you arrive to the treatment room, I will confirm the service that will be performed and go over any questions I may have regarding your intake form, that may otherwise be a contraindication to the treatment.
The Esthetician will then step out of the room to give you privacy to change. Please remove your shirt and cover your body with the towel/body wrap that is placed on the bed. For the ladies, please make sure that your bra straps are completely removed (straps only), as products will be placed on your neck & decollete. Shoes need to be removed as well. A headband will be placed on the bed, and the Esthetician will secure that to your head as the facial services commences. Relax and enjoy :)
